Losing that nonpareil employee is an abysmal situation for a company. Because the company has to spend again for acquiring new employee. But the most awkward situation arises when that best employee quits his/her job even when he likes it.

Now question is that "What are those circumstances that compel a diligent employee to leave his most favorite job ?"

1. Environment: The atmosphere where you work plays a crucial role for any employee. So, for an organization, it is necessary to consider the hygiene and well-being of the firm.

2. Affronted and underrated workforce: In many firms, yielding profits and completing the targets is the prime motive of every employer. They treat their employees like cats and dogs who should work without asking a single question. In these circumstances, the employee feels dehumanized and undervalued.

3. Dirty politics at the high level of hierarchy: This is a typical situation at most of the workplaces worldwide. The moment at which groups are formed and people start bitching about the genuine employee of the firm, the case becomes intolerable for some. Those sincere employees who only come to offices for working, cannot stand such devious behavior of his colleagues.

4. No prospects: Working with the firm which has imprecise prophecies and no future to hold on, often becomes the prime reason for the employee to leave the job, even when he is designated at a higher position. The assiduous and brainy personnel often dislikes the ambiguity of thoughts and misbalanced system of working.

5. Lack of trust among peers: If the organization lacks trust factor, then the system fails to work as planned. Too many fights, arguments, and differences in opinions often clearly show that the working system is not right and that the employees do not believe each other over any decision making process.


6. Veiled working practices: If an employee finds out something fishy going on around the workplace, he would definitely investigate the matter to the extreme levels.

7. Unproductivity and overburden: When the employees do not see any personal growth and find themselves burdened with the same type of work for years, then the intellectuals naturally leave.
