  2. Hypertension: 80% High Blood pressure trouble causes due to obesity.
  3. Heart Attack: Produce heavy Cholesterol is indicated lake in heart trouble. Obesity increases Cardiac disturbance.
  4. Stroke: Obesity increases the chance of Brain Death & Stroke.
So, regular exercise helps keep brown colors, reducing constipation and helps you maintain a healthy weight. Daily half an hour (30 Minutes) work out is very affective for health. Everybody should do this. But for our every days busy schedule if it is not possible than at least 10 minutes workout should do.
