The Government has launched PowerTex India , a comprehensive scheme for powerloom sector development, simultaneously at over 45 locations in the country on 1st April 2017.  The comprehensive scheme has the following components: In-situ Upgradation of Plain Powerlooms Group Workshed Scheme (GWS) Yarn Bank Scheme Common Facility Centre (CFC) Pradhan Mantri Credit Scheme for Powerloom Weavers Solar Energy Scheme for Powerlooms Facilitation, IT, Awareness, Market Development and Publicity for Powerloom Schemes Tex Venture Capital Fund Grant-in-Aid and Modernisation & Upgradation of Powerloom Service Centres (PSCs) Launching the scheme in Bhiwandi, Thane district, Maharashtra, the Union Textiles Minister, Smt. Smriti Zubin Irani said that Bhiwandi will be known for resurgence in Powerloom sector. Public Wifi Hotspot across India

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) released an Architecture and Specification document for the Nation Wide WI-Fi Network named “Public Wifi Pilot” on dated 7 th July 2017. Through the scheme TRAI lays down the foundation for setting up nationwide public wifi network. TRAI aims to set up large number of public wifi hotspots across the country. This network architecture is built around an Open Architecture based Wifi Access Network Interface (WANI) that facilitates partition of public data office (PDO) provides, access point hardware/software providers, application providers etc. For more visit  www.trai.gov.in

NEET-UG or NationalEligibility cum Entrance Test   is an entrance examination for any graduate medical course (MBBS), dental course (BDS) in government or private medical colleges in India and it will be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
