RBI relaxes withdrawal of cash from bank deposit accounts



Reserve Bank of India is going for careful consideration, to allow withdrawals of deposits made in current legal tender notes on or after November 29, 2016 beyond the current limits; preferably, available higher denominations bank notes of ₹ 2000 and ₹ 500 are to be issued for such withdrawals.

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) released an Architecture and Specification document for the Nation Wide WI-Fi Network named “Public Wifi Pilot” on dated 7 th July 2017. Through the scheme TRAI lays down the foundation for setting up nationwide public wifi network. TRAI aims to set up large number of public wifi hotspots across the country. Follow to enroll your name in Atal Amrit Abhiyan 1. Carry the following documents with you to the enrollment center :   EPIC (Voter ID) card for each family member   Birth certificate for minor members of the family   Members of APL families must additionally present their Income certificate and Rs. 100/- per beneficiary as premium.   The National Food Security Act (NFSA) card may be produced as an additional document. 2. Visit the enrolment centre; all beneficiaries must be physically present at the enrollment centre. 3. The Verifying Officer scrutinizes all documents and verifies eligibility.
